 Seeking Equine Facility for Rent – Long-Term Opportunity 

We are a responsible, experienced, and passionate equine family seeking an equine facility to rent for a long-term arrangement. Our goal is to operate a quiet, well-managed boarding and lesson program with a strong focus on top-quality care, respect for property, and positive community atmosphere.

What we’re looking for:
•  Living quarters on site
OR permission to:
• Bring a trailer/RV
• Pay utilities
• Install and maintain our own septic
• Live on property to provide 24/7 horse care
•  Ability to have boarders and riding lessons
•  Indoor and/or outdoor arena
•  Paddocks / turnout areas
•  Minimum 10 stalls
•  Room to grow and expand over time
